Processing Times

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 Business Days. However, if the product/s are low or out of stock it may take an extra 7-14 Business Days to process.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us (info@one-percent.com.au) and we'll fix it!
