Refund/Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• All items must be in the same condition as you received it.
• All items returned must be in original packaging.
• The items must be sent no later than 14 days after receiving the goods, if more than 14 days have passed since receiving the item, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange. Do however, feel free to contact us via email (info@one-percent.com.au) as we understand there may be a case to case basis - we will endeavour to rectify the issue fairly & effectively
• We will inspect the goods upon return and refund the amount to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non refundable. Please use a tracked shipping method to return items as we cannot bear responsibility for packages undelivered or lost in transit.
